Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. Please allow 5-7 standard business days for your order to process. Standard operating business days are Monday through Friday. 


All orders once placed are finalized. Order cancellation requests, address change requests, and product change requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or incorrect addresses. Shipping labels are generated according to what is input by the client on the order’s shipping information. If the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it is the client’s responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes Please contact your local USPS Office for further assistance if your package has been lost or stolen. 

We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
